After Signing draft bill of PA

For KontraS Aceh what’s the plan for mobilize opinion and strategic action about Human Rights Condition in Aceh, especially from perspective of victims.

Maybe we need to make scenario A, B and C and include the worst scenario about Human Rights Agenda after the signing of draft bill of Aceh local Government (RUU PA) , I hope the worst scenario did not materialize, but all of us need to anticipate that.
